Who is Vitor Roque?
Vitor Roque is considered one of the hottest properties in the Brazilian Serie A. At just 17 years old, the Cruzeiro striker has already drawn comparisons to his fellow countryman Ronaldo. Roque has scored 2 goals in 3 games since breaking into Cruzeiro's first team midway through the 2022 season. The teenager also played a starring role as Brazil won the Under-20 South American Championship in January.
The player's progress has not gone unnoticed in Europe. Leeds United have been heavily linked to the young forward, and are keen to add to their attacking options amid interest in Jack Harrison and Luis Sinisterra.
Barcelona are also in the running to sign Roque. The Blaugrana are believed to be big admirers of the player, and are preparing a bid to bring him to Camp Nou.
