Am-Pacific Closes Acquisition of Primary Assets of Engagement Zone

Am-Pacific Acquires Sales Cloud Consulting, Implementation, and Managed Services Business

Am-Pacific Corporation (NASDAQ: APAC) ("Am-Pacific" or the "Company") today announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of the primary assets of Engagement Zone, a leading cloud-based advisory, implementation, and managed services firm focused on Salesforce.com solutions. The definitive agreement to acquire these assets from Engagement Zone, Inc. was entered into on March 17, 2023.

The acquisition expands Am-Pacific's Salesforce consulting and implementation capabilities, strengthens the Company's managed services offerings, and extends its geographical reach into the growing Southeast market. Engagement Zone has a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations and has a deep understanding of the sales and service challenges faced by organizations today.

The acquisition of Engagement Zone is a significant step in Am-Pacific's growth strategy and aligns with the Company's goal of providing end-to-end digital transformation solutions to its customers. By combining Engagement Zone's expertise with Am-Pacific's existing capabilities, the Company is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for cloud-based solutions and help organizations achieve their business goals.
